Personal training with myself is exactly that. We design a plan together that will work for you, whatever your goal.

Be it losing weight, building muscle, getting fitter, stronger or leaner, you can achieve it. I have the expertise and knowledge to ensure you have everything you need going forward. 

All that is required from you is your complete focus, consistency and commitment to work hard in all areas of health and nutrition to enable us to smash goals and progress beyond.

Training sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home or at my private facility in Reddish.

Single session - £45

1 session per week - £140 per month

2 sessions per week - £250 per month

 3 sessions per week - £350 per month

All session amounts are to be paid monthly on the 1st.
