I place my area of focus in strength and performance. I want you to feel stronger in ALL aspects of life. Learn how to move more efficiently, perform exercises safely and effectively, eat tailored to your goals and for overall health and to ultimately feel mentally stronger. I have the expertise and knowledge to ensure you have everything you need going forward to achieve short term and maintain long term. 

All that is required from you is your complete focus, consistency and commitment to work hard in all areas of health and nutrition to enable us to smash goals and progress beyond.

*** All subscriptions include nutritional advice/plans if requested, personalised program cards and exercise handouts to take away for independent use, ongoing support from myself away from sessions and most important, the tools to achieve your goals ***  

1 session per week - £160 per month

2 sessions per week - £280 per month

 3 sessions per week - £360 per month

All session amounts are to be paid monthly on the 1st.
