If you don't know already, I'm Gaz.
I've been an independent personal trainer full time for 4 years now, starting off training clients before that around my full time office hours. I worked the shirt and tie, 9 to 5 for the best part of my twenties, until I discovered my true passion helping and developing myself and others in the world of strength, fitness, nutrition and overall health.
I was never obese or massively overweight but I had a beer gut, a poor diet, socially smoked and lived the rock n roll lifestyle touring with my band for years. Once that stopped I went into office work, thinking it was what I had to do. I decided it wasn't. At all. I left, I trained seriously and started to look after myself first, then I got qualified, studied a lot, read a lot of books and watched a lot of videos, absorbing as much information as I could about health and fitness.
I've been on countless courses and trained with some of the greatest in the business, the biggest journey being to Strength Camp in St Petersburg, Florida with Elliott Hulse and the team.
I've helped my clients lose weight, build muscle, gain strength, run faster, perform better, feel better, eat healthier, relax, improve mobility, return from injury and stay injury free.
This is a brief overview of my life but my focus is to help you become the best you can be.
