What is the VEGAN STRENGTH MOVEMENT?
The Vegan Strength Movement is a group strength training program and community exclusively for those who follow a plant based diet, live a vegan lifestyle or are currently exploring the vegan plant based movement.
Why exclusively for vegans?
The answer to this one is simple. As two plant based personal trainers for a combined 20 years, myself (Gaz) and Nicola know how frustrating it can be to be told to “eat meat to build muscle” or to simply live with people consistently downplaying the vegan diet, saying you can’t be fit, you can’t be strong, you can’t be healthy. We do it and we’re here to help you guys do it also, helping you become the best you can be.
How does the VEGAN STRENGTH MOVEMENT work and am I suitable?
The training program is suitable for everyone of ALL abilities. Myself and Nicola are highly experienced coaches with the ability to support and guide you throughout your journey to achieving any goal. You’ll be added into our Vegan Strength Movement Facebook group, receive workout plans, nutrition guidance and ultimately be apart of a growing community there to help you get stronger in all aspects of life.
When and where?
The training itself will take place at The Locker gym in Reddish, a private facility owned by myself as well as outdoor bootcamp sessions in Manchester City Centre. All times will be confirmed to all those registered below. We’re looking to commence sessions from the week beginning 16th September 2019.
