ATHLETIC FIIT sessions will get you running, jumping, moving and performing better, all whilst building strength and fitness.
Whether you’re a regular runner, training for an event or simply want to improve sport performance, ATHLETIC FIIT sessions are for you.
Sessions begin with a full dynamic warm up, taking you through essential drills to raise, activate and potentiate. We’ll then move into dedicated agility rounds targeting speed, power and structure. Before transistioning into key strength exercises to build and sculpt.
Sessions are held every Saturday @ 11am (with more sessions to be added across the week)
Sessions are £8 drop in or £25 per month for unlimited attendance and are held at:
Sweat Shed, Chestergate, Wear Mill, Stockport, SK3 OAG
